Town of Rockland Supervisor Ed Weitmann says the town is preparing two shelters in advance of Sandy, the oncoming hurricane. The first is at the town hall on upper Main Street. The other is at the Presbyterian Church on Rock Avenue--near the intersection of Pearl Street.
